So I'm guessing....just guessing that you are SO over this winter and looking for spring to come. Well guess what, we're headed BACK TO PTOWN!!! Work Hard Play Hard Weekend will sell out very quickly! Imagine yourself out of this bitter cold, feeling the sand between your toes, or doing the walk of shame thinking "sh**, I have a workout in a half hour!"

That can all be yours! WORK HARD, PLAY HARD WEEKEND IS BACK with Public Body's Chad Flahive and special guest trainer Maryanne Blake. They'll take you through a mercilessly awesome weekend of serious fitness sprinkled with some debauchery in beautiful Provincetown, MA.

Three days in PTown, and we promise your workouts will never be the same! You'll be pounding the beach, blazing through bike trails, sweating under the club lights, stretching poolside and relaxing a bit by the bright blue sea!

Who else could show such a good time? No one! So join us for this weekend, push yourself to full fitness ecstasy, and come back with skills that will change your workouts for the summer!

Space is limited so register now to reserve. Total cost is $379.00 (including ferry) and $299.00 (non ferry option.) A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve your space! Cost includes three hearty meals, healthy post-workout snacks, bike rental, over 8 hours of fitness programming, and round trip fast ferry (optional)....plus impromtu dance moves, totally inappropriate innuendo, and a 100% kick ass group of people.

FRIDAY, MAY 19th

*5:30 Pm   Fast ferry departs from 200 Seaport Blvd at World Trade Center Pier (next to former Anthony’s Pier 4.) Meet Chad at Bay State Cruise Company ticket booth starting at 5 PM to retrieve your tickets. 

*7:30 Pm   Fast ferry arrives at Provincetown. Attendees check-into their respective hotels. 

*8:00 Pm Mussel Beach Health Club

 Welcome, weekend overview, instructor intros

*8:15 Pm Mussel Beach Health Club                                                                                         “Ease in Slowly” 

We’re in for a great weekend. Even our hardest workouts will be fun (ish.) However, this interactive session and light workout is designed to improve form, flexibility and efficiency and teach you how to take care of your body when you are a serious fitness fan.

 SATURDAY, MAY 20th and SUNDAY, MAY 21st will include....

 “Ride and Ripped”  

(bike rental for this event is included)

We’ll embark on the 10 mile bicycle trails at the Cape Cod National Seashore that run through the dunes and past the beaches at the tip of Cape Cod.  We will cycle past Herring Cove Beach, through Beech Forest, to the beach, where participants will seat and sculpt before returning onto the loop, past Race Point Beach and back to the Herring Cove for their final fitness adventure.

Poolside @ Crown and Anchor  Recovery Lunch (included w/registration)

“Dirty Thirty”

A 30 minute upper body workout to challenge strength, stamina and endurance, all set to the crashing waves of the PTown coast. BYOB… bring your own body, and we’ll provide the rest. 

“Core Quickie”

Grab a partner for this fast-paced, core workout utilizing partner exercises and individual challenges….and a delicious stretch before we send you on your way to enjoy the town for a bit!

Central House at The Crown  Recovery Dinner (included with registration) Arrive at the Central House for a delicious spread of well-earned appetizers followed by a   carefully selected menu of local, organic foods to help you recobver from your day! 

 Morning Run  Meet @ The Crown and Anchor

Get your body ready for your day. Jog or run through town and down to the beach as you take in the sights of Ptown (Including some “walk of shamers”) 

“Club Circuit” @ The Paramount Nightclub

Join Chad for a one hour strength and conditioning circuit under the lights and pulsating sounds of the Paramount Night Club.

 "Double Dare on the Beach" @ Crown and Anchor

This workout is no joke, but it will be fun. Join your trainers on the beach for crazy drills to challenge all aspects of fitness, from speed, to agility, to strength and endurance all disguised in a team competition. You might get wet!

Poolside @ Crown and Anchor Recovery  yoga session by the pool followed by lunch (Included)
