One day. One Harbor. FIVE Stellar Workouts, Boston's hottest fitness professionals, an incredible community, and the Boston skyline! That is an outrageous day of fitness!

Join PUBLIC BODY for this unique day of fitness with breathtaking views of Boston Harbor from beautiful Castle Island. Fitness programming will include coached running, Public Body bootcamp with Chad Flahive, Yoga with Ian Lemieux, and Pilates with Kara Duval. All classes will run simultaneously between 10:15 AM and 12:30 PM.

Meet us at Castle Island at 10:00 am. There is plenty of free parking or better yet, take your bike or MBTA 10, 7 or 9 bus.

So I'm guessing....just guessing that you are SO over winter and looking for spring to come. Well guess what, we're headed BACK TO PTOWN!!! Work Hard Play Hard Weekend will sell out very quickly! Imagine yourself out of this bitter cold, feeling the sand between your toes thinking "I get to workout in a half hour!"

That can all be yours! WORK HARD, PLAY HARD WEEKEND IS BACK! Chad and Danika will take you through a mercilessly awesome weekend of serious fitness sprinkled with some debauchery in beautiful Provincetown, MA.

Three days in PTown, and you'll be pounding the beach, blazing through bike trails, sweating under the club lights, stretching poolside and relaxing a bit by the bright blue sea!

Who else could show such a good time? No one! So join us for this weekend, push yourself to full fitness ecstasy, and come back with skills that will change your workouts for the summer, and friendships that will last a lifetime!

This has been the mission of Public Body since its inception in 2012. We set out to build a fabulous community through fitness, and that mission has been accomplished! This year Public Body will focus solely on philanthropic fitness and special events. The Public Body community will always have each other, but the good we can do for others is never ending. We're super excited about this shift, so we've put together a delicious workout and party to celebrate with and than YOU our community! Tackle the winter blues with Public Body creator Chad Flahive as he takes you through a mercilessly awesome bootcamp circuit in the club! Sculpt your body and shred hundreds of calories under the pulsing lights while live tunes spin at one of Boston's most fun clubs! Sweat, burn, and then have a mimosa .... or two! Join Public Body creator Chad Flahive and special guest Angela Gentile, creator of Sweat Remix, for an evening of sweat, smiles, and giving back to benefit Boston-Area LGBT youth at The Revolution Hotel. The workout will include both strength and cardio segments appropriate for all fitness levels and conclude with an uplifting meditation. 100% of proceeds will go to BAGLY - The Boston Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Youth.

PUBLIC BODY: Fundraiser Workout for InnerCity Weightlifting

Join Public Body Trainer Ian Kilpatrick, the ICW team and the Public Body community for a workout to benefit the amazing and important work of InnerCity Weightlifting. 100% of proceeds will go to ICW. Just $500 puts a young person through the personal training certification process and gives them a chance to escape the cycles of poverty and violence. This year we are offering two workouts, one at 10:00 AM and one at 11:15 AM. Space is limited so be sure to choose the correct ticket option.

InnerCity Weightlifting reduces youth violence by connecting proven-risk young people with new networks and opportunities, including meaningful career tracks in and beyond the fitness industry. They use the gym environment to replace segregation and isolation with economic mobility and social inclusion, disrupting the system that leads to urban street violence. Over the last few years ICW has had an incredible impact on reducing violence with the most at-risk population. Their work is truly incredible and I hope you can join us in their mission by workout out with us for one night!

PUBLIC BODY and Heartbreak Hill Running Company are teaming up again for a fantastic fall event! Join PUBLIC BODY's creator Chad Flahive, HHRC coach Dan Fitzgerald, BronCore Fitness superstar Bron Volney and a guest team of some of Boston's hottest trainers as they take you through an energizing workout designed to pre-burn calories prior to your Thanksgiving nutritional indiscretion! It could be a bit chilly, or maybe not, but every year, we are sure to get you very warm very quickly....and for a great cause!

***Oh, so here's the deal....All we ask is that you bring some non-perishable food items as your "admission" to the workout. After the workout, Public Body representatives will deliver the food donations to Rosie's Place food pantry so that others who are less fortunate can enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday a bit more.

Meet us at the Boston Harbor Islands Ferry at Long Wharf to pick up your tickets. Tickets will be available for pick up starting at 10:15 am. Ferry departs at 11:00 am. Guests must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to ferry departure. Late comers may forefeit their tickets.

Ferries depart from Spectacle at 2:00 and 4:00 pm. Return trips will be first come, first serve (but don't fret, no one gets left on the island!)

BOTW is a National Safe Place for ALL young people who experience homelessness. BOTW is dedicated to transforming the lives of runaway, homeless, LGBT and high-risk youth through safe, supportive, and encouraging relationships and effective and innovative services that guide them toward self-sufficiency. 100% of the proceeds fo this workout will go to Bridge Over Troubled Waters. BOTW depends on donations like those from this special workout to operate its shelter and to provide quality services to young people in need. One day. One Island. Eight Stellar Workouts, Five of Boston's hottest fitness professionals, an incredible community, and the Boston skyline! That is an outrageous day of fitness!

Join PUBLIC BODY trainers Chad Flahive, Maryanne Blake and Ian Kilpatrick, Heartbreak Hill Running Company's running coach Dan Fitzgerald and Equinox yoga instructor of the year Ian Lemieux for this unique day of fitness with breathtaking views of Boston from beautiful Spectacle Island. Fitness programming including coached running, bootcamp and yoga classes will run simultaneously between 11 and 2.

Meet us a the Boston Harbor Islands Welcome Center on the Rose Kennedy Greenway to pick up your tickets. Tickets will be available for pick up starting at 9:00 am. Guests can choose between the 9:30, 10:15 or 10:30 am ferries to Spectacle Island. Guests must arrive at least 20 minutes prior to ferry departure. Late comers may forefeit their tickets.

Ferries depart from Spectacle at 2:30, 4:30 and 6:00 pm. Return trips will be first come, first serve (but don't fret, no one gets left on the island!)

Tickets price includes day of fitness, round trip ferry ticket and souvenir. All participants will also recieve $5.00 off of Public Body's annual event SEXY SUMMIT: A Day of Fitness, Fun and Fabulousness on Spectacle Island. Code will be emailed directly.

So I'm guessing....just guessing that you are SO over this winter and looking for spring to come. Well guess what, we're headed BACK TO PTOWN!!! Work Hard Play Hard Weekend will sell out very quickly! Imagine yourself out of this bitter cold, feeling the sand between your toes, or doing the walk of shame thinking "sh**, I have a workout in a half hour!"

That can all be yours! WORK HARD, PLAY HARD WEEKEND IS BACK with Public Body's Chad Flahive and special guest trainer Maryanne Blake. They'll take you through a mercilessly awesome weekend of serious fitness sprinkled with some debauchery in beautiful Provincetown, MA.

Three days in PTown, and we promise your workouts will never be the same! You'll be pounding the beach, blazing through bike trails, sweating under the club lights, stretching poolside and relaxing a bit by the bright blue sea!

Who else could show such a good time? No one! So join us for this weekend, push yourself to full fitness ecstasy, and come back with skills that will change your workouts for the summer!

Space is limited so register now to reserve. Total cost is $379.00 (including ferry) and $299.00 (non ferry option.) A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve your space! *5:30 Pm   Fast ferry departs from 200 Seaport Blvd at World Trade Center Pier (next to former Anthony’s Pier 4.) Meet Chad at Bay State Cruise Company ticket booth starting at 5 PM to retrieve your tickets. 

*7:30 Pm   Fast ferry arrives at Provincetown. Attendees check-into their respective hotels. 

*8:00 Pm Mussel Beach Health Club

We’re in for a great weekend. Even our hardest workouts will be fun (ish.) However, this interactive session and light workout is designed to improve form, flexibility and efficiency and teach you how to take care of your body when you are a serious fitness fan.

 “Ride and Ripped”  

(bike rental for this event is included)

We’ll embark on the 10 mile bicycle trails at the Cape Cod National Seashore that run through the dunes and past the beaches at the tip of Cape Cod.  We will cycle past Herring Cove Beach, through Beech Forest, to the beach, where participants will seat and sculpt before returning onto the loop, past Race Point Beach and back to the Herring Cove for their final fitness adventure.

“Dirty Thirty”

A 30 minute upper body workout to challenge strength, stamina and endurance, all set to the crashing waves of the PTown coast. BYOB… bring your own body, and we’ll provide the rest. 

“Core Quickie”

Grab a partner for this fast-paced, core workout utilizing partner exercises and individual challenges….and a delicious stretch before we send you on your way to enjoy the town for a bit!

Central House at The Crown  Recovery Dinner (included with registration) Arrive at the Central House for a delicious spread of well-earned appetizers followed by a   carefully selected menu of local, organic foods to help you recobver from your day! 

 Morning Run  Meet @ The Crown and Anchor

Get your body ready for your day. Jog or run through town and down to the beach as you take in the sights of Ptown (Including some “walk of shamers”) 

“Club Circuit” @ The Paramount Nightclub

Join Chad for a one hour strength and conditioning circuit under the lights and pulsating sounds of the Paramount Night Club.

 "Double Dare on the Beach" @ Crown and Anchor

This workout is no joke, but it will be fun. Join your trainers on the beach for crazy drills to challenge all aspects of fitness, from speed, to agility, to strength and endurance all disguised in a team competition. You might get wet!

Poolside @ Crown and Anchor Recovery  yoga session by the pool followed by lunch (Included)

Club Circuit is back and we're ready to make 2017 totally hot and awesome! Tackle the winter blues with Public Body creator Chad Flahive as he takes you through a mercilessly awesome bootcamp circuit in the club! Sculpt your body and shred hundreds of calories under the pulsing lights while live tunes spin at one of Boston's most fun clubs! Sweat, burn, and then have a mimosa .... or two! PUBLIC BODY and Heartbreak Hill Running Company are teaming up again for a fantastic fall event!  Join PUBLIC BODY's creator Chad Flahive and a guest team of some of Boston's hottest trainers as they take you through an energizing workout designed to pre-burn calories prior to your Thanksgiving nutritional indiscretion!  It might be a bit chilly, but every year, we are sure to get you very warm very quickly....and for a great cause!

***Oh, so here's the deal....All we ask is that you bring some non-perishable food items as your "admission" to the workout. After the workout, Public Body representatives will deliver the food donations to Rosie's Place food pantry so that others who are less fortunate can enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday a bit more.

***Oh, so here's the deal....All we ask is that you bring a small toy or "prize" as your "admission" to the workout. After the workout, Public Body representatives will deliver the toys to Boston Children's Hospital as prizes for kids who must complete an MRI in order to determine their path for treatment.
