Springtime in Boston is the perfect time of year to take your workout outside! Join Public Body creator and Fitbit Ambassador Chad Flahive to squat, press, push, curl, lunge and jump in the Boston sunshine. Meet inside Boston Common at the corner of Charles and Beacon Streets for this fun, energizing one-hour workout. All levels are welcome. Be sure to bring water and a small towel. Plus, stick around after the workout for a chance to win a Fitbit tracker of your own.
