Tackle the winter blues with Public Body creator Chad Flahive as he takes you through a mercilessly awesome bootcamp circuit in the club! Sculpt your body and shred hundreds of calories under the pulsing lights while live tunes spin at one of Boston's most fun clubs! Sweat, burn, and then have a mimosa .... or two! (You will have earned them) 100% of the proceeds will go to Harbor To The Bay.

Workout starts promptly at 10:30AM and will last about one hour. Brunch immediately following. Please arrive at 10:15 to check in.
