So I'm guessing....just guessing that you are SO over this winter and looking for spring to come. Well guess what, we're headed BACK TO PTOWN!!! Work Hard Play Hard Weekend will sell out very quickly! Imagine yourself out of this bitter cold, feeling the sand between your toes, or doing the walk of shame thinking "sh**, I have a workout in a half hour!"

That can all be yours! WORK HARD, PLAY HARD WEEKEND IS BACK! Chad and his team will take you through a mercilessly awesome weekend of serious fitness sprinkled with some debauchery in beautiful Provincetown, MA.

Three days in PTown, and we promise your workouts will never be the same! You'll be pounding the beach, blazing through bike trails, sweating under the club lights, stretching poolside and relaxing a bit by the bright blue sea!

Who else could show such a good time? No one! So join us for this weekend, push yourself to full fitness ecstasy, and come back with skills that will change your workouts for the summer!

Space is limited so register now to reserve. Total cost is $415.00 (including ferry) and $335.00 (non ferry option.) A $100.00 deposit is required to reserve your space! Cost includes a welcome reception and dinner, three additional hearty meals, healthy post-workout snacks, bike rental, over 8 hours of fitness programming, and round trip fast ferry (optional)....plus impromtu dance moves, totally inappropriate innuendo, and a 100% kick ass group of people.

A sample initial itinerary is below:

Friday: Ferry departs Boston at 5:30PM and arrives by 7:20PM. 8 PM Welcome reception with dinner and apps at new Central House al fresco bar and lounge (included), Meet and greet.

Saturday: Long run or interval hill run options, Poolside lunch (included), Cycling through Cape Cod Oceanside Bike Trails (bike rental included), Beachfront stretch, Midday HIIT/Sculpt Workout, Dinner at Central House (included)

Sunday: Club Circuit (Bootcamp in Club Paramount), The WHPH Games on the beach, Poolside lunch (Included), Poolside Stretch, Ferry departs
