Public Body's "12 Days of Fitness" Final three days!

On the 3rd day of Christmas, we've designed a circuit with a few classic exercises  wrapped into one sweaty package of fitness deliciousness! There are no "official" rest periods built in. You can take a rest when your body needs one. Just be sure to complete all of the reps. All you need is your body, a pullup bar and a timer. 

1 pullup, 2 pushups, 5 situps, 10 squats

2 pullups, 4 pushups, 10 situps, 15 squats

3 pullups, 6 pushups, 15 situps, 20 squats

4 pullups, 8 pushups, 20 situps, 25 squats

5 pullups, 10 pushups, 25 situps, 30 squats

Want to keep going?

6 pullups, 15 pushups, 30 situps, 35 squats

Then continue to add 1 pullup, 2 pushups, 5 situps and 5 squats.
